Summer Sparklers and Sashimi at Fugakyu

Author Victoria Abbott Riccardi returns to Fugakyu on Thursday, June 8th for another spirited evening of fine Japanese cuisine. Over a five-course dinner prepared by Fugakyu’s executive chef Hiro San, Riccardi will read from her travel-food memoir Untangling My Chopsticks: A Culinary Sojourn in Kyoto. She’ll also share some tips on Japanese dining etiquette and some hints as to which bubblies pair best with sashimi.
