On Wednesday, June 19th, chef Brendan Pelley and his team are hosting a special Summer Grilling Dinner to showcase their skills and serve as inspiration for a whole season’s worth of barbeques goodies. The four-course dinner, which will take place on the patio (if the weather is cooperative), starts at 6:30pm and costs $40 per person.
