Plan a stop at the Central Square restaurant (it’s on the way to the river if you’re heading that way from the Cambridge side) during regular dinner hours (from 5:00-10:00pm) on Tuesday, July 4th to sit down to classic a la carte American fare like fried chicken, watermelon and green tomato salad and strawberry shortcake. Chef Greg Reeves has also enlisted the help of his bar staff, who’ve hand-picked four rosés and added them to the list for the evening.
