Early spring can only mean one thing — it’s maple sugaring season. Celebrate the substance sometimes known as “liquid gold” at the next Apple Street Supper Club at FRANK in Beverly on Tuesday, March 7th. Check out the full menu from chef Frank McClelland’s below and see how this month’s theme, Sugar Smoke Shack, is taking (culinary) shape (think: maple-y bites and smoky elements expertly paired with wines from FRANK’s stellar cellar).
Grab a ticket here; dinner is $125 per person. The evening kicks off at 6:00pm with a welcome reception, passed hors d’oeuvres and a welcome cocktail followed by the full-on sit-down feast. Keep an eye on their socials (IG and FB) for updates on the menu, and if you want to join in on the monthly fun with the Supper Club, which celebrates local ingredients, farms and fisheries, be sure to sign up for the newsletter on their website.
