Suds & Sweets at Two Finale Tastings

They’ve paired dessert wines, ice wines, ports and tea with their delicious desserts – this time around the folks at Finale get down to business, matching their sweet treats with an assortment of flavored craft beers. On Tuesdays, May 17th and 24th, pastry chef Nicole Coady will be plating five desserts (fresh fruit tart, crème brûlée, Boston cream, Chocolate Symphony and Dark Chocolate Decadence) to be tasted alongside offerings from some small scale brewers.
