Stop Over at Sibling Rivalry with Food Passport

Sign on for a behind the scenes culinary tour of Sibling Rivalry with the folks from the Food Passport. On Wednesday, August 4th, chef David Kinkead will be walking guests through three courses featuring a few of his favorite foods. Apparently he’s a big fan of pancetta-wrapped figs with creamy gorgonzola, endive, frisée, port wine vinaigrette and walnuts; wild Rhode Island striped bass with silky cauliflower puree, heirloom tomato salad and arugula walnut pesto; and mixed berry tart with vanilla pastry cream. The evening starts at 7:00pm in the bar with hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail or two, followed by dinner. The $65 price tag covers food, paired wine and gratuity.
