On Wednesday, May 15th, Stella’s in Salem is releasing the Prisoners. Chef Chris Allain has prepped a decadent four-course menu to pair with the unique blends of California’s Prisoner Wine Company. Your sentence begins with hors d’oeuvres and champagne at 6:30pm, followed by foie gras, lobster gnocchi, braised short rib, and chocolate mousse.
