On Wednesday, October 23rd, Steel & Rye is celebrating the cuisine of Georgia (the country—sorry, peach fans) with a supra, a traditional feast honoring guests, good wine, and great food. The Milton restaurant is partnering with Craft & Cru and Georgian Toast to pair chef Brian Niggl‘s multi-course meal (featuring dishes like khachauri bread and pork dumplings-khinkali) with wines from the Georgian countryside (some of which have been fermented in traditional Qvevri vessels). Reserve a spot and you’ll get to try Tbilvino, Georgian Valleys Rkatsiteli 2017 and KTW, Rkatsiteli Velistsikhe Veranda Qvevri Wine 2017, among others. Supra tickets are $125 each, including tax.
