The 7th Annual Illuminate the Harbor fireworks celebration returns on Thursday, August 29th and with it comes a very special cocktail for your sipping pleasure at State Street Provisions. Snag a spot on the Long Wharf restaurant’s patio for a prime view as the sky lights up. The fireworks officially kick off at 8:30pm, giving you plenty of time to chow down on something from the dinner menu (steak frites or ricotta & potato gnocchi, perhaps?) and order an Illumination. The Labor Day-themed drink has elements of red, white and blue thanks to Tito’s vodka, lemon juice, Blue Curacao, prosecco and a Red Pixie Stick rim with strawberries & blackberries.
