Pubs aren’t the only places getting into the spirit of Saint Patrick’s Day. From Wednesday, March 11th through Tuesday, March 17th, Summer Shack’s Cambridge & Boston locations are offering a traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage boiled dinner courtesy of Chef Jasper White. The award-winning chef and cookbook author may be known for knowing his way around seafood but he’s no slouch when it comes to corned beef – he’s curing 600 pounds for ten days, then serving it up with heaps of cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and onions with pickles, horseradish, and mustard on the side (for a little extra kick).
