St. Francis Winery Dinner at Metropolitan Club

Chef Jeffrey Fournier welcomes Chris Silva of Sonoma Valley’s Saint Francis Winery to The Metropolitan Club & Bar in Chestnut Hill for a four-course wine dinner on Wednesday, October 26th. The dinner, which starts at 6:30pm and costs $125 per person including tax and gratuity, will feature Fournier’s cuisine as paired with carefully selected complementary wines from Saint Francis Winery. Courses include watercress panzanella salad with “Red” aioli and red grape sappa; caramelized onion risotto with pomegranate-marinated, grilled quail and onion rings; coffee-dusted venison loin with parsnip puree and pancetta-braised escarole; and pumpkin filled chocolate cupcake with cream cheese icing and grissini.
