Co-Executive Chefs Michael Lombardi and Kevin O’Donnell know the art of noodle making like the back of their respective hands (they serve Venetian-style pasta dishes at SRV daily, after all), and they’re ready to share some of their wisdom. On the last Sunday of each month, they’ll be hosting classes of no more than 15 people at their South End restaurant, so you too can produce the perfect plate of pasta.
Your $150 ticket includes tax and gratuity and gets you a welcome glass of sparkling wine, passed cicchetti offerings, a three-course lunch (with wines!) in the private dining room, and an interactive chef demo led by Lombardi and O’Donnell.
