Pasta is delicious — no argument there — but learning how to make pasta from the pros and then sitting down to enjoy the fruits (wheats?) of your labor, now that’s fantastico. Try it for yourself under the guidance and expertise of SRV Co-Executive Chefs Michael Lombardi and Kevin O’Donnell on Sunday, July 29th. Beginning at 11:00am, they’ll teach you the ins and outs through an hour-long cooking demo while you enjoy a Prosecco and Aperol Spritz upon arrival. After, you’ll be treated to a seated four-course lunch with salad, cicchetti, a trio of pastas and dessert, all of which come with a carefully selected beverage pairing.
