Think of Burgundies as big, bold wintry wines? Think again. Or better yet, book a table at Catalyst’s upcoming wine dinner on Tuesday, April 26th and sip these French beauties (reds and whites) alongside an early spring menu from chef William Kovel. He and his wine-loving team have selected some of their favorites to complement super seasonal dishes like vol-au-vent of lobster with morels, peas and spinach puree, and stuffed, bacon-wrapped saddle of rabbit with nettles, grilled ramps and heirloom carrots. The dinner, which starts at 6:15pm, costs $150 per person before tax and gratuity.
