Matt Mollo, owner of SelectioNaturel, is a guy who really loves wine (real wine, he says), and he’s bringing that love to Somerville on Thursday, August 2nd to share with diners & imbibers alike at Spoke Wine Bar. He’ll be joined by Oscar Hernandez of Olmstead Wine Company, and together they’re making it their mission to put forth pairings of high-quality, artisan, organic, natural, biodynamic — you get the picture — vinos as part of a four-course prix fixe dinner. You’ll hear the stories about the vineyards and cellars behind the wine and be treated to a spread full of summer produce by chef Eric Frier.
