The Rack is back. On Sunday, March 11th, Speed Rack—the all-female speed-bartending competition to benefit breast cancer research, education, and prevention—returns to the Royale for its seventh season. Featuring some of the most talented lady-mixologists from all over New England duking it out for the coveted title of Miss Speed Rack Northeast, the event pulls local talent like Haley Hamilton of River Bar, Hillary Neuman-Ratiu of Sarma, Jacki Schromm of Lion’s Tail, Jen La Forge of Blossom Bar and Franklin Cafe, Kate Rapin of Blue Dragon and Tiki Rock, Kelsey Ruzzi of ReelHouse, Raleigh Strott of Pammy’s and Tainah Soares of A4cade/Area 4. In addition to a crazy display of bartending talent, you’ll be treated to punches from the event’s sponsors like Ketel One, Four Roses, Grand Marnier, Fernet Branca, and tasty treats from local restaurants.
