Sparkling Wine Dinner at Azure

Chef Robert Fathman showcases his signature playful, sophisticated style in a six-course sparkling wine dinner at Azure on Wednesday, February 9th. Fathman pairs an assortment of sparkling wines from Italy’s Mionetto Vineyards with courses like homemade fedellini pasta with braised cipolinni onions, tiny clams and house cured pancetta; crisp sand dabs with onion strings, Meyer lemon gastrique and whipped salt cod; and roasted pork tenderloin with braised barlotti beans with organic potatoes and sage.
