Forage Explores Spanish Wines

APICHART VONGPAKAYMAS/SHUTTERSTOCK

The latest wave of natural wines is coming from the old-world vineyards of Spain, and the inquiring minds of Eric Cooper and Stan Hilbert at Forage are all over it. The dynamic duo are taking you on a four-course tasting tour dinner through La Roja on Tuesday, August 23rd with pairings of natural wines from Rías Baixas, Altos de Montánchez and Navarra.

Head to Cambridge for a reservation between 5:00 and 8:45pm to try pairings like Shiitake Mushroom Toast with carrot top oil, and lavender toum paired with 2021 “Vegas Atlas Orange,” Altos de Montánchez, Extremadura. Choose an omnivore or vegetarian menu (see the full menus below) to eat in the cozy dining room or on the patio for $95 per person (reserve here), or order a meal for two to go for $160 (order here). Keep up with the Forage folk on Instagram, and add yourself to their weekly newsletter for the heads up on what’s happening this fall.
