Spanish Umami Dinner


You can enjoy a taste of españa a little closer to home at Pagu’s Spanish Umami Dinner on Thursday, June 20th. Chef-owner Tracy Chang will be giving her guest chefs – David, Sergio and Javier from the Basque Culinary Center – free rein on a six-course tasting menu that’ll transport you across the Atlantic.

The dishes are still TBD but you can expect innovative techniques and impressive ingredients – these chefs have worked at Michelin-starred establishments including Disfrutar, El Celler de Can Roca, ABaC and Alchemist so you’re definitely in good hands. The night will begin with snacks at 6:00pm followed by thoughtfully-prepared plates (think: suckling pig, koji, amazake, kefir and more) with an optional wine pairing.
