Go below the Mason Dixon line with some lowcountry grub, bourbon straight out of Kentucky and down-home hospitality at Southern Proper’s whiskey dinner on Tuesday, February 26th. Chef de cuisine Nic Swogger is preparing four courses of charming, southern-inspired eats like boiled peanuts, ash-roasted sweet potato with spicy honey and house cheese and bread pudding with bourbon glaze to pair with a line-up from Russell’s Family distilleries. Tickets are $75 with a processing fee and include a welcome cocktail to get you into the spirit of the evening, all plates (plus pairings throughout the meal) and gratuity — reserve your spot before it’s too late.
