Forage in Cambridge is all about culinary explorations, and starting this month they will be hosting the all-new Southern Pines Supper Club with rising-star chef Matt Bullock so you can take a tasting trip down South and sample some elevated, southern-inspired dishes. Normally the restaurant is closed on Sundays but they will be open Sunday, February 26th for the first edition of this stylish pop-up, which will be serving up bites like Jimmy Red Corn Grits with pickled corn, fried shallots and honey; and Hanger Steak with Southern Pine steak sauce, rice porridge, bay oil and cured egg yolk — all sourced with local and sustainable ingredients.
