Sous Chef Supper at Beacon Hill Bistro

Join some of Boston’s up and coming culinary superstars at the Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro on Monday, May 3rd when chef Benjamin Knack welcomes sous chefs from some of the best restaurants in town to join him in the kitchen for an extraordinary tasting dinner. Chefs Tom Smith of Formaggio Kitchen, James Hackney and Rossanna Diaz Madrid of L’Espalier, Barry Maiden of Lumiere, Allison Hearn of B&G Oysters, Matthew Marchese of Le Soir and Louie DiBaccari of Sel de la Terre join Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro’s own resident chefs Eric Gregory and Rick Billings for an unforgettable ten-course meal. Dinner, which starts at 7:00pm, costs $125 per person, not including alcohol, tax or gratuity. Ten percent of the proceeds from the evening benefit the Esplanade Association.
