Loved the Japanese whisky dinner at the Taj Boston back in January? They’re continuing their intimate dinner pairing series with a Sommelier’s Wine Dinner on Wednesday, February 21st. Cocktail hour begins at 6:30pm in the 15th floor Club Lounge where you can overlook the Boston Public Garden (the views are pretty spectacular). Then, a three-course dinner will be served in The Cafe paired with four exclusive bottles of wine that are coming out of the reserve cellar for the first time, including Georges Deboeuf, Beaujoulais Villages, 2006; Le Bahans du Chateau, Haut Brion, Graves, 1994; and Barton & Guestier, Sauternes, 2010.
