Something Slightly Different from Sensing

Sensing may be known for its French-leaning menu but on Saturday, January 15th chef Gerard Barbin tries his hand at Italian. Inspired by his North End neighbors – or perhaps he made a resolution to expand his culinary horizons – Barbin will be serving a special, four-course menu of Italian-ish fare, including courses like venison loin with polenta and black currants; and truffle tiramisu. Dinner, which starts at 7:00pm, is priced at $85 per person not including tax or gratuity. If you’ve resolved to be just a touch more experimental in the new year – experimental and well-fed, that is – reserve yourself a seat. Call 617.994.9001.
