Steel & Rye is set to host their second annual Summer Solstice Party, a benefit to raise funds for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Dorchester. Join chef Brendan Joy at 6:00pm on Tuesday, June 20th as he and a collection of all-star chefs come together for a night of delicious food, drink and philanthropy. Children from the program will be present to share how the Boys and Girls Club has affected their lives and a silent auction and raffle will help raise additional funds for this wonderful organization. Keep an eye out for these familiar faces: Colin Lynch of Bar Mezzana, Brian Kevorkian of Grill 23 & Bar, Daniel Bojorquez of La Brasa, Matt Garland of Branch Line, Leo Asaro of Tico, and Doug Williams of Mida. And be sure to check out Cassidy Salus of Prairie Fire, coming soon to Coolidge Corner. There’ll be additional nibbles and sips from local purveyors like Island Creek Oysters, American Provisions, Wulf’s Fish, Nightshift Brewing and Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers.  Tickets run $100 each and can be purchased here.
