On Monday, September 30th, Sofra is hosting Israeli-born chefs and authors Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich for a night of good friends, good reads, and good eats. Come mingle, learn, and sample treats from the couple’s new book, Honey & Co. at Home: Middle Eastern Recipes from Our Kitchen. They’ll be demonstrating specialties like fried cauliflower with amba and tahini sauce and pistachio marzipan with rose and cardamom.
