Super fans of Sofra Bakery & Cafe are in for some good news — you can now become a Middle Eastern cooking master with guidance from the pros. The cozy Cambridge spot has just released the line-up for their fall & winter classes, which take place throughout the season on Mondays between 6:30 and 9:00pm. Each session is centered around a theme like hummus, yogurt, dates or holiday cookies and shuffle through various instructors including Executive Pastry Chef & Owner Maura Kilpatrick, Executive Chef & Owner Ana Sortun and Chef de Cuisine Didem Hosgel.
