Sofra in Cambridge wants to help you with your New Year’s resolution to cook more (and better) in 2020 with a cadre of cooking classes, starting on Monday, January 6th, with Recipes for a Healthy New Year with Chef Didem Hosgel. Whether you’re looking to finesse your seafood skills (Fish Tales, January 13th) or touch up your Tahini (February 24th), Sofra has a class for that. Each features recipes and a cooking demo from a skilled Sofra chef, along with food and beverage pairings. Classes run from 6:30 to 9:00pm on Mondays, and are $125 per participant.
