Smolak Farms in North Andover is bringing the table to the farm this summer with their weekly Whim Dinner Series, where some of the area’s best chefs prepare a multi-course dinner with ingredients grown right on the farm. On Wednesday, July 31st, they’ve invited Harvest’s Chef Tyler Kinnet, who’s ringing in late summer with a Cucumber Gazpacho, Summer Berries with Chamomile Ricotta, Roasted Beef Striploin, and a fresh Blueberry Crumb Cake. Come taste the chef’s (and the season’s) whim for $85 per person, including beer, wine, and soft drinks (but not tax and gratuity). Can’t make it on the 31st? No worries, the series runs every Wednesday from now until August 28th with appearances from the likes of Ledger‘s Daniel Gursha and Matadora‘s Stephen Coe.
