September is National Bourbon Heritage Month — make the most of it with three (three!) classes at any of the The Smoke Shop locations (Kendall Square, Assembly Row and the Seaport), each of which is hosting its own little tutorial. Swing by the newly-opened Somerville spot on Monday, September 10th, head to Congress Street, if Fort Point is more your scene, on Tuesday, September 11th, or make for One Kendall in Cambridge on Wednesday, September 12th. Classes run from 6:00 to 8:00pm, and cover ground like learning how make your own cocktail using Jim Beam White Label Old Fashioned. You’ll also sample four different types of bourbon — Maker’s Mark 46, Basil Hayden, Booker’s and Jim Beam Distiller’s Masterpiece — while munching on some complimentary snacks.
