The Smoke Shop has one of the most impressive whiskey lists in the city, and this October they’re giving you all the tools you need to appreciate it with a trio of whiskey classes at each of their locations. On October 1st (Assembly Row), 2nd (Seaport), and 3rd (Kendall Square), get to your local barbecue haven to learn about everything that goes into that delicious brown nectar from Beverage Director Michael Boughton. In each two hour class, attendees will get down to the basics with a hands-on primer on the grains that go into your glass, then a tasting of four of the Smoke House’s finest finished products.
