Slow ‘n’ Low Dinner at the B-Side

On Tuesday, March 30th, Chef Tomás Garcia welcomes fellow Cambridge chef Bob Cina of Chez Henri to the cozy confines of the kitchen at The B-Side Lounge for a special Slow ‘n’ Low dinner featuring Slow Cooked Foods. The collaborative three-course dinner costs $50 per person and is expected to feature options like tuna ceviche with fresh passion fruit, ahi peppers, a chayote slaw and a coconut reduction sauce; or braised River Rock Farm beef short rib with green garlic and truffled sun choke purée.
