Then at 7:00pm, you’ll sit down to a prix fixe menu of holiday dishes from chef Stefan Jarausch, like pistachio-crusted halibut and summer harvest ravioli. The restaurant will simulcast the Pops Concert live, wrapping up at 10:30pm with fireworks over the Charles River—and you’ll have the perfect perch on the 52nd floor of the Prudential.
