Intimidated by oysters and wine? You don’t have to be a pro at shucking or a seasoned oenophile to come to Eataly Boston’s Sip & Savor class. The tasting & pairing workshop is open to anyone interested in bivalves and grapes — no matter your knowledge level. Take some time to hear about terrior & merrior (if those terms are foreign to you, no worries!), and taste your way through all sorts of flavor profiles.
