On Monday, November 13th, Uni‘s Tony Messina welcomes Urban Sake’s Tim Sullivan to play guest sake sommelier throughout the evening. Book a table (or just pop in, if you’re more the spontaneous type) between 5:30 and 10:00pm to try pours from Hakkaisan Brewery, where they’ve been making sake since 1922. Sullivan will have Hakkaisan Sparkling Nigori, Hakkaisan Junmai Ginjo and Hakkaisan Junmai Ginjo “Snow” (aged 3 years in snow) so you can try them all.
