Let chef Kevin Long and expert Adrienne Griffith of Classic Wine Imports guide you through a six-course sake dinner. On Monday, January 30th, the pair will be collaborating on an elaborate menu of inventive Asian fare and matching it with an assortment of handpicked premium sakes. Both Long and Griffith will be available to explain the evening’s pairings and answer any questions.
