Chef Dora Tavel-Sanchez is perfecting a four-course tasting menu to pair with pours from Silver Thread Vineyard. The winery is nestled between New York State’s famed Seneca and Cayuga Lakes, where they grow lots of Riesling as well as Gewurztraminer, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Merlot, so you’ll get to taste eight of their favorite vintages paired with courses like ceviche, roasted trout, duck confit pasta, and sorbet.
