The Sherborn Inn Classes Up Mondays

Chef, innkeeper and general manager Robert Fathman isn’t afraid to try on different professional hats so it seems fitting that he’ll be playing the role of teacher at the Sherborn Inn‘s new Monday night cooking class series. The informal gatherings, which start in the main dining room at 6:30pm, cover a variety of topics – from the Art of the Cocktail Party to a Summer Grilling Tutorial – and Fathman and his team cover everything – from menu planning to cooking to accompanying cocktails and libations. Classes cost $45 per person including tax and gratuity, though you can sign on for the whole series (six classes in all) for $200 per person (a savings of $70). Check the schedule of upcoming topics below then call 508.655.9521 to reserve a spot.
