You won’t be glued to your TV during the entirety of Shark Week. At some point, you’ll get hungry and when that time comes, switch off the Discovery channel and head for Post 390 to partake of their Charc Week Sharkuterie Menu, available through Sunday, July 29th. Give all of chef Nick Deutmeyer’s handiwork a try (the whole board is $35) or order individual items for $8 a pop.
