September Classes at Flour

Whether your baking aspirations are to roll the perfect pie crust or assemble a decadent cake, taking a class with the crack team at Flour Bakery will get you one step closer to realizing your sweet dreams. September’s lineup includes a list of the hits: on Saturday, September 1st, learn everything you knead to know about Croissants; Friday, September 21st you’ll discover the secrets of the Sticky Bun (and learn all about brioche); and on Sunday, September 23rd, study up for the holidays with a crash course in Pumpkin Pie. Each class takes a deep dive into the techniques necessary to perfect your pastries, and you’ll leave with a solid knowledge base and some delicious samples of your work.
