Sel de la Terre’s Annual Family Reunion

On Tuesday, June 13th, chef Geoff Gardner gets the extended Sel de la Terre clan together for a special evening of rustic southern French cuisine at the restaurant’s annual Family Reunion. Gardner, who spent eight years as sous chef at L’Espalier before partnering with chef-owner Frank McClelland to open Sel de la Terre, welcomes McClelland to the kitchen to relive happy times working side-by-side. The duo will collaborate on a five-course menu of their greatest hits, including Portuguese-style squid stew; Frank’s butter-poached lobster with fava bean ravioli and morel broth; skillet roasted duck breast with grilled asparagus, fingerling potatoes and orange glacage; and Sel de la Terre’s grand dessert. Dinner starts at 7:00pm and costs $55 per person. Call Sel de la Terre at 617.720.1300 to get in on the family fun.
