Shhhh. This one’s a secret. The 140 SUPPER CLUB hidden inside the Fairmont Copley Plaza will hold its autumn dinner event on Thursday, September 21st. Join executive chef Laurent Poulain the night before the fall equinox for a four course Beer Dinner paired with Sam Adams brews. Our sources tell us roasted maple lime butter scallops, baby beet and pumpkin seed salad and Maine beef short ribs are on the menu.
