The Langham Hotel welcomes winemaker Mark Lyon of Sebastiani Vineyards to Julien on Thursday, January 20th for an exceptional dinner featuring wines from the Sonoma County vineyard paired with the cuisine of chef Mark Sapienza. In more than 100 years of grape growing and winemaking in Sonoma County, Sebastiani has perfected grape-to-site matches and highlights them in four wine categories: Sonoma County Wines, Appellation Selection Wines, Vineyard Selection Wines and Proprietary & Estate Wines. The dinner, which starts with a reception at 6:30pm, will provide guests with an opportunity to try some of their signature wines exquisitely paired.
