This fall, join pastry chef Lynn Moulton for the Season’s Sweetest Pastry Classes at Rialto. Rialto reinstates their popular cooking class series with three classes in which Moulton will be demonstrating three perfect desserts. She’ll get started on Friday, September 17th with an “Indian summer” selection of figs and raspberries followed by two fall harvest sweets – apples and chestnuts on Friday, October 15th and Friday, November 12th respectively. Moulton will dedicate each class to one preparing one recipe. Guests will then have the opportunity to taste that night’s dish while enjoying a glass of wine. Guests will also receive a copy of the recipe to take home. Classes start at 6:00pm and cost $40 per person.
