Wine Tuesdays Segue from Winter to Spring

While away the last few weeks of winter (and those first few frigid weeks of spring and the first balmy days of May or any Tuesday night, really) at Sel de la Terre Natick’s Wine Tuesdays. The exploratory series pairs wines-of-a-certain-theme (inspired by changing seasons, wine regions or varietals) matched with a four-course menu of rustic French fare from chef Ed Hoffey.
