The holiday season may be a season of abundance, but make sure you don’t waste food in the process. On Monday, December 2nd, Lovin’ Spoonfuls is hosting a workshop led by James Beard award-winning chef Jody Adams (the mastermind behind restaurants Porto, Trade, Saloniki Greek and Greek Street at Time Out Market) that’ll teach you all about whole ingredient cooking. From 6:00 to 8:00pm, Adams will demonstrate cooking up an array of waste-free meals, which you’ll get to taste in addition to appetizers from Whole Foods Market along with a glass or two of beer & wine. Tickets are $125 and help support Plenty, a culinary nutrition program run by Lovin’ that empowers folks to properly feed themselves and their family by equipping them with cooking knowledge.
