Seafood Seminar at Coriander

Chef Kevin Crawley gets back to basics in his Seafood 101 cooking tutorial, scheduled for Tuesday, April 29th. Get a handle on some standard recipes that any good New Englander should have under his or her belt – fish chowder, baked-stuffed filet of sole with sauce crustacés and scallops and an as yet to be named dessert (which will be fish-free).
