From Monday, May 6th through Sunday, May 12th, satisfy your sweet tooth with an after dinner indulgence in support of the battle against breast cancer during Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer. For the fourteenth year, an impressively long list of restaurants, shops and caterers will be highlighting one dessert on their menu and donating one hundred percent of the proceeds of its sale to help raise money for breast cancer research and care at the Dana Farber Institute. Check the website to see all the sweet treats on offer – and keep a particular eye out for folks in the 50% Club who’ll be donating fifty percent of all dessert sales to the cause.
