On Monday, November 14th, chef Philip Aviles welcomes the folks from Sauza Tequila to Masa for a festive four-course dinner paired with an assortment of tequilas. The evening gets underway at 6:00pm with drinks and finger foods, followed by dinner at 7:00pm. Courses include marinated Wellfleet oysters with chayote salad; ancho marinated prosciutto duck breast with torta de papa; grilled beef tenderloin with anejo flambé rock and shrimp stuffed tomato; and Ibarra Mexican chocolate flan.
