Corned beef and colcannon in Concord—Saltbox Kitchen is serving up specials for St. Patrick’s Day. On Friday, March 17th and Saturday, March 18th, menu additions in the Irish tradition can be had with Guinness by the can. Stop in during lunch (11:00am to 3:00pm) or dinner (5:00 to 9:30pm) for corned beef and cabbage, colcannon and chocolate stout cake.
